The first time you order, we have a contact form on our website that you can complete with a brief description of your product requirements. Once we receive your form, a member of our team will reach out to you within one full working day to provide an initial consultation. We will discuss your requirements and make a confirmation of your order. Then, you will receive a phone number and email address where you can place all future orders. Your current order will be delivered to you within 24 hours. Our products are delivered between 0.5 and 2 degrees in a temperature-controlled van. If you can allow us overnight access to your premises, then we can deliver in the early morning so your products are already there, ready for your arrival.
